THAILAND: The 19th Asian Junior Squash Team Championship continued on the second day – 16th January, 2019 at Pattaya, Thailand.  The teams of Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, HK China, Kuwait won there respective matches. The complete results are as follows:

The winning streak of Pakistan Juniors continued and they won the matches against Korean and Indian Teams. The deatiled results are appended below:

In the morning session (today), Pakistan team defeated Korea 3-0. Match wise results were as follows:

  • Abbas Zeb (Pak) Beat K.Seokjin (Kor)   11-2, 11-7, 11-4
  • Farhan Hashmi (Pak) Beat J.M. You (Kor)  11-4, 11-2, 11-8
  • Haris Qasim (Pak) Beat  M.W. Lee (Kor) 11-8, 3-11, 3-11, 11-8, 13-11

In the evening session (today), Pakistan team won by 2-1 against India. Match wise results were as follows:

  • Abbas Zeb (Pak) Beat Utkrash Behtei (Ind)  11-8, 8-11, 7-11, 11/6, 11/9
  • Farhan Hashmi (Pak)  Lost against Tushant Shahani (Ind)  9/11, 8/11, 11-9, 12/10, 5/11
  • Haris Qasim (Pak) Beat  Veer Chotrani (Ind)  10/12, 6/11, 12/10, 12/10, 11/6
