Russia once again the host nation will hold the Beach Tennis World Team Championship in Moscow from 11th July 2017.
This will be the 6th annual World Team Championship and Russia will be defending the title won in 2016 with which they became the 3rd nation after Italy and Brazil to raise the sought-after trophy since the tournaments inception in 2012.
During 2017 Championship, three nations – Ecuador, Netherlands and Slovakia which have never participated will enter teams and Greece and Belgium return first-time since 2015.
Players aged 14 will also participate in a junior event, thus, enabling them to gain experience in representing their nation on the international stage.
