2020 Women’s Squash World Team Championship: Malaysia To Host
The World Squash Federation has awarded the hosting rights to 2020 WSF Women’s World Team Squash Championship to Malaysia.
The Women’s Team Championship is returning to Malaysia as it was also held in 1996.
The 22nd edition of this event will be held from 15-20 December 2020 at the 10-court Bukit Jalil National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The venue is a valuable legacy of sports in Malaysia, which has regularly hosted international events since being inaugurated for the squash purposes during the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
The Malaysia Squash President Nik Razeen A Daud said: “It is a great honour for Malaysia to have been confirmed as hosts for the 22nd WSF Women’s World Team Championships 2020. We are looking forward to welcoming the world’s best women’s teams to Malaysia, and will be going all out to make this a successful and memorable event!”
