The 2nd T20I match between South Africa and Pakistan concluded with a convincing 7-wicket victory for the hosts and winning the T20 Series. Pakistan batted first and posted a competitive total of 206/5 in their allotted 20 overs. The top-order batsmen, including Saim Ayub and Babar Azam contributed significantly to the team’s total.
In response, South Africa got off to a blistering start, courtesy of Reeza Hendricks’ explosive batting. Hendricks, who was unbeaten on 117 off 63 balls, smashed 7 fours and 10 sixes to leave the Pakistani bowlers reeling. He was well-supported by Rassie van der Dussen, who chipped in with a useful 48.

2024 Pakistan Tour South Africa-1st T20: Pak Lose A Fought Match

A Storied Rivalry
