2nd Pakistan Petroleum Blind Cricket Trophy 2018: Day 3
PESHAWAR: Two matches of 2nd edition of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) Blind Cricket Trophy were played at Peshawar.
5th Match:
Gujranwala vs Peshawar
Venue: Arbab Niaz Stadium, Peshawar
Peshawar won the toss and asked Gujranwala to bat first. Gujranwala posted 234 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in allotted 20 overs.
Muhammad Akram was dismissed after scoring 103 runs and Muhammad Akbar made 43 runs not out. Mohsin Khan was the pick amongst the bowlers he took 2 wickets.
Peshawar openers Mohsin Khan and Haroon Khan gave them solid start, Haroon Khan got out after scoring 81 runs and Mohsin Khan remained unbeaten on 97 runs. Peshawar chased the target in 20th over for the loss of 5 wickets. Qasim took 2 wickets for his team.
Result: Peshawar won by 5 wickets

2nd Pakistan Petroleum Blind Cricket Trophy 2018: Day 1
6th Match
Islamabad vs Bahawalpur
Venue: Arbab Niaz Stadium, Peshawar
Bahawalpur won the toss and put Islamabad into bat. Islamabad made 213 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Ayub Khan was the star for Islamabad, he remained unbeaten on 113 runs. Sajid Nawaz bowled brilliantly well and took 3 wickets for 24 runs.
Bahawalpur chased the target in 14.4 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Muhammad Rashid again shined with the bat, he remained unbeaten on 118* off 57 balls and Ijaz supported him with 37 runs.
Result: Bahawalpur won by 8 wickets
