Pakistan Wapda beat Pakistan Army by 5-0 to win the 2nd Women National 7s Rugby Championship. While Sindh team won the third position.
The final was a competitive encounter. During the first half none of the teams were able to score a point. In the 2nd half Javaria scored through a wonderful try and Wapda scored 5 points. In the last moments of the match Army players made many unsuccessful attempts.
Iram of Army was the Woman of the match.
Javaria of Wapda was declared Best player of tournament.
The best young player Sumera Kauser of Wapda.
At the end Pakistan Rugby Union President Fawzi Khawaja thanked Fata, KPK, Sindh players, especially for travelling all the way to Lahore.
