Pakistan emerged victorious against arch rival India win in the Karate Combat 45 event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The high voltage showdown ended with a 2-1 win in favour of Pakistan Karate–Ka’s. The credit of which goes to Pakistan captain Shahzaib Rindh, who in an aggressive mood ferociously floored and technically knocked out Rana Singh in the final round.
In the earlier two combats, Pakistan’s Rizwan Ali knocked out India’s Pawan Gupta in the opening first round. With Pakistan leading 1-0, in the second combat India’s Himanshu Kaushik defeated Faizan Khan in the second round and levelled the score 1-1.
