Highlights

• It was a huge victory for Brighton as they won this match over one of       the top-rated clubs of European football.
• Manchester United displayed a poor show and played poorly as a team which allowed Brighton who stand 14^th at the premier league table to win the match by 1 goal.
• A total of 16 shots were taken at the goal by the Red Devils however, only 3 were on target.
• Despite keeping possession of the ball for most part of the match, United failed to win the match.
•  On the other hand, Brighton’s Pascal Grob was the lucky man to score for his team at eh 57^th minute as Brighton won the match by 1 goal in the end.
• Manchester United were heavily criticized by their manager, Jose Mourinho as he blamed bit-part players for this humiliating loss.

Highlights:

• So, keeping this in mind Stoke City started the match on a good note as Xherdan Shaqiri was able to score the opening goal of the match in the 1^st half of the match.
• After, the first half Stoke City were leading by 1 goal over Crystal Palace, however Crystal Palace struck back with two goals to take the lead from their opponents.
• Stoke City gave it all to force a draw but were unable to score a goal as Crystal Palace won the match with the final score being 2 – 1.

Match 3 of 16:  Bournemouth Vs Swansea City

·         Bournemouth: Ryan Fraser 37’

Highlights:

• Ryan Fraser’s free-kick goal was a treat to watch as the Bournemouth player struck the only goal of the match to win the match for his team.
• Swansea City dominated in the possession department however, it was the g   genius stroke of Ryan that took the match away from them.
• Lack of goal accuracy shots were also a dominating factor for Swansea City to lose this match.
• Both teams took a total of 12 shots at the goal however, Bournemouth had 2 more shots on target that also became the match difference in the end.

Match 4 of 16:  Leicester City Vs West Ham

Highlights:

• Yet another surprising win of the day as West Ham beat Leicester City by 2 goals to claim victory over their opponents.
• Leicester City, ball possession didn’t help as Joao Mario and Mark Noble struck in the 1^st and 2^nd half respectively to hand Leicester City a humiliating loss.
• Both teams took the same strikes at the goal, however it was West Ham who made full use of their chances and won the match in the end.
• Mark Noble’s goal was the wow moment in the match as the player struck a wonderful volley to stretch the lead at the 64^th minute and win the match for his team.

Match 5 of 16:  Watford Vs New Castle

Highlights:

• The match was going for a draw as both teams did not allow each other to score a single goal in both halves of the match.
• But, a spectacular strike from West Brom’s Jake Livermore in extra time ensured that West Brom won this match at the end.
•  Tottenham had the ball possession is almost most part of the match but their dominating 74% possession couldn’t help them get a win against West Ham.
• What’s surprising is that West Brom had only one accurate shot at their opponent’s goal post that was on target and it converted into a goal.
• On the other hand, Tottenham were able to accurately take 5 shots at the goal but none of them was converted into a goal.

Match 7 of 16:  Everton Vs Southampton

Result: 1 – 1

Goal Scorers:

·         Everton: Tom Davies 90+6’

·         Southhampton: Nathan Redmond 56’

Highlights:

• The last match of the day was a thrilling one as a strong Everton team faced a weak Southampton side.
• No one expected Southampton to win the match but when Nathan Redmond of Southampton struck at the 56^th minute chances of winning came into place.
• With no team allowing each other to take more chances than the other, Everton were certainly looking to level the scoreboard.
• But, Southampton’s defense did not allow Everton to pass through them. The match was now coming to an ending and Everton were surely going to lose this match.
•  However, then came Nathon Redmond, Everton’s shining savior in golden armor as he his goal in extra time forced a draw in the end.
