Standard Chess Rankings – Men
Fabiaono Caruana left Azerbaijan’s Mamedyarov behind as he took the lead by 14 points and placed himself 2nd in the World Chess rankings. Ding Liren of China also made his way to the Top 5 as he jumped three ranks above to place himself 5th in the Men’s chess rankings.
Other players that upgraded their ranks include Sergey Karjakin, Alexander Grischuk, Teimour Radjabov, Radosław Wojtaszek and Nikita Vitiugov.

Standard Chess Rankings – Women
The top 6 rankings remain unchanged, however several changes were seen below the Top 6. Lei Tinjie took the 7th position from Mariya who is now placed at the 8th position and Valentina broke into the Top 10 rankings by moving up 3 ranks above.
But, the highest jump in rankings was that of Zhansaya who jumped up by 16 ranks and is now placed 17th in the rankings table.
