Pakistan Rugby: Coaching Courses Being Organised
LAHORE: PRU – Pakistan Rugby Union Organized Level I and Level II – Strength and Conditioning courses in Lahore.
Head S & C Singapore Rugby Thomas James along with Lewis Chua are conducting the courses.
According to PRU information, Level 1 S & C course was completed, while Level II course will start and be competed on 9th December. The lectures are held in various sessions while training session will be conducted in Pakistan Rugby Academy Lahore Cantonment.

- Muhammad Abdullah – UMT
- Muhammad Abbas – Vihari
- Ehsan – Sheikhupura
- Arsalan Elahi – Lahore Hawks
- Muhammad Babar – RFC
- Ali Raza – Fort Abbas.
Rugby – Women’s Sevens: England & Ireland Into QF’s
Participants for Level 2 S & C Course to be held on 7th, 8th & 9th Dec, 2018, will include:

- Muhammad Ashraf – Army
- Muhammad Imran – Army
- Hassan Mukhtiar Shah – Lodhran
- Tariq Munir – Lodhran
