The Runner up was Annemiek van Vleuten of Netherlands while Elisa Longo Borghini of Italy was at the third spot.
The event commenced on 24th September in Imola, Italy with track length of 143 km for the 93rd edition.
In the past the event was originally planned to be held in Switzerland during August but was rescheduled with a change in venue too due to the corona pandemic.
Elite road race and elite time trial events were held.
Anna van der Breggen of Netherlands won the time trial by leading the 31.7 km track. The Swiss cyclist Marlen Reusser and Ellen van Dijk of Netherlands were victorious for the 2nd and 3rd slot of the time trial.
