Former Australia all-rounder Andrew Symonds aged 46, died in a car accident 50 kilometers from city of Townsville, Queensland, where he resided after retirement.
During 2004 and 2008, Symonds played 26 Tests and 198 ODIs for Australia.
in 2022, Symonds is the third Australian cricket legend to pass away, after Rod Marsh and Shane Warne.
