So, here are some tips that will allow you to sleep properly and hopefully add some few inches to your height.
- Never sleep on your back as it will hinder your breathing, rather sleep on your side.
- Place one additional pillow between your legs in order to keep your spine in alignment.
- Sleep in a dark room as it will help you to get a deep sleep which is better than a normal sleep.
- Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep on a regular basis.
