Jordy Nelson, who partnered with Aaron Rodgers to help the Green Bay Packers win the 2011 Super Bowl, retired Wednesday from the NFL after 10 seasons as a wide receiver.
The 33-year-old standout missed the entire 2015 campaign with a torn right knee ligament, then came back in 2016 to lead the league with 14 touchdown catches to earn the NFL Comeback Player of the Year award, with 97 catches and 1,257 yards.

Nelson caught 613 passes for 8,587 yards and 72 touchdowns and made 1,436 return yards in his career, reaching his peak by becoming the favorite target of Rodgers and reaching the playoffs seven times in nine campaigns with Green Bay.
Their greatest success came in Super Bowl 45 when the Packers defeated Pittsburgh 31-25. Nelson caught nine passes for a game-high 140 yards and a touchdown.
Nelson spent his final campaign last year with the Oakland Raiders, making 63 catches for 739 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games.
