Philippe Duamelle – UNICEF’s Turkey representative, announced appointment of Turkish basketball player Cedi Osman as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
Osman is member of the National Basketball Team and has been contributing for the UNICEF for the last two years to help children. The 25 years old Osman helped Syrian refugees who are living in Gaziantep, Turkey as part of a UNICEF Program during 2019.
Osman has been playing for Cleveland Cavaliers since 2017 after his long association with Turkish basketball club Anadolu Efes.
UNICEF United Nations Children’s Fund provides humanitarian and developmental aid to children through out the world as part of the UN United Nations.
