Breaking – Cricket Australia: D’Arcy Short Scores A Historic Double Century
D’Arcy Short has turned out to be only the 4th Australian batsman to score a double century in one-day cricket, as the opener pounded Queensland at Hurstville Oval.
The left-hander raised his hundred, simply his second in List A cricket, and proceeded to an important double ton from only 128 balls.

D’Arcy Short is having a day to remember for a very long time. 250 up from just 144 balls and he is still going strong. Records tumbling!! ??Β #JLTCup2018

D’Arcy Short just keeps going. Only third player in history to bring up 250 in a List A match. Still five-and-a-half overs to break Ali Brown’s List A record of 268. #JLTCup

D’Arcy Short is making on his own what used to be a winning score for a teamβs entire innings in one-day cricket. Remarkable innings. #JLTCup

6 overs left and 68 more runs for D’Arcy Short to get to 300 runs. Can he do it? The way he is batting right now, anything seems possible. The hitting has been ridiculous so far. WA 360/7 in 44 overs, Short on 238. #JLTCup2018 #JLTCup
