Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for Coronavirus.
Due to this development the the 35-year-old Portugese cum Juventus forward has gone into self quarantinee and will not play the UEFA Nations League game against Sweden, scheduled for Wednesday, 13th October.
According to PFF the whole Portugal squad was tested and the only positive test was of Ronaldo.
The Portugese head coach Fernando Santos during the news conference informed that Ronaldo is in contact while self isolating himself in the room. Further added that he is completely asymptomatic – without any symptoms, and is rather wondering, as is not aware of actually happened.
Ronaldo’s participation has also become doubtful for the Juventus Serie A trip to Crotone on Saturday, 17th October and in the opening away match on Tuesday, 20th October of Champions League group stage in Dynamo Kyiv.
