9 matches were played in German top league on 17th and 18th March. Eight matches produced results and one ended in draw, exactly like the last Match-Day. Leverkusen remains on the winning track, being the only team
not only in Bundesliga but entire Europe’s Top Leagues not to have lost any match so far in the domestic league, though they have played drawn games. England captain Harry Kane of Bayern remains the leading scorer in the league and has scored 31 goals so far including 4 hat-tricks. He is the first player to score 4 hat-tricks in his first Bundesliga season. He has also equaled the club record of most goals in first season. Bayern Munich have also qualified for quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League after defeating Lazio of Italy. They will face Arsenal at
London on 10th April in the 1st leg of the Quarterfinals. Leverkusen have also reached the last-8 stage of UEFA Europa League and will face West Ham United of England in the 1st leg on 12th April.

Top ranked PSG enhanced their position at the top by a thumping win over Montpellier and thanks to next three teams on the leaderboard who all played drawn games without hurting their positions on the points table. Kylian Mbappe of PSG remains the leading scorer of the Ligue 1 with 24 goals. Only French team in the UEFA Champions League, PSG will play 1st leg of quarterfinals against Barcelona of Spain on 11th April. Marseille are the only one from Ligue 1 to be in the last-18 of UEFA Europa League and will play 1st leg of quarterfinal against Benfica of Portugal on 12th April.

Six matches were postponed and only four were played. Two produced results and two were drawn. The race for the top honors is wide open as there is only one point’s difference between the top-3 teams. Erling Haaland of Manchester City is the top scorer with 18 goals in the league. Manchester City and Arsenal have reached the quarterfinals of UEFA Champions League where they will play against Real Madrid of Spain and Porto of Portugal respectively on 10 April in the 1st leg.
