The UEFA-Union of European Football Associations has selected Vivo phone manufacturer as the 3rd Chinese Sponsor of Euro 2020-21. The other two Chinese sponsors of UEFA are payment services provider Alipay and electronics firm Hisense. Thereby China is the biggest sponsor of UEFA with a record 3 out of 10 sponsors.
The agreement has been signed between UEFA and Vivo for two forthcoming tournaments.
In addition, Vivo is also sponsor of FIFA-Fédération Internationale de Football Association for two World Cups to be held by 2022.
The event to be hosted in 12 different countries across the continent will commence on 11th June 2021 and conclude on 11th July 2021
