· So, the 2nd innings started and Mumbai batsmen openers started off slowly before Mujeeb claimed the wicket of Evan Lewis to send him back to the pavilion.
· However, Ishan and SA Yadav steadied things for Mumbai by sharing 42-run partnership between them.
· But, it did not take long for KXIP to make a comeback in this match as Mujeeb and Tye struck to claim two more wickets of Mumbai.
· In the end, it all came down to Krunal Pandya and Rohit Sharma as both batsmen remained unbeaten till the end to finish the match with one over to spare.
