The two times former world champion Mohamed Muktar Jama Farah is set to be the Race cum pacemaker for the 40th London Marathon 2020 on 4th October.
The London Marathon an annual event and was originally scheduled for 26th April but was postponed due to the corona virus pandemic. Even now no spectators will be allowed because of the COVID-19.
The 37 years old Farah is the British distance runner who has won 10 gold medals during Olympics in 5,000m and 10,000m categories. During London Marathon 2019 he was at the 5th position. In London Marathon 2018 he was third best.
The other notable runners will be the defending champion Eliud Kipchoge of Kenya and three Ethiopians namely Kenenisa Bekele, Mosinet Geremew and Mule Wasihun.
