#4 BJ Penn
UFC Hall of Famer, BJ Penn is set to make another entry to the Octagon at UFC 232 on December 29, 2018.
Penn’s last three match-ups have all been tested as a Featherweight; the division in which Conor McGregor made his name and is a past titleholder. Penn versus McGregor on paper is a super film industry interest which should yield a huge PPV rate.
Regardless, the one disservice with that fight is the manner in which that Penn in 2018 is an embarrassment to the previous performer that made him a legend, having lost all of his previous 5 fights.

Penn has not won a MMA fight since November 2010 and would more likely than not be over-facilitated by the more young McGregor.
Regardless, should Penn make his bounce back a viable one, with a triumph versus his December equal, Ryan Hall, by then a McGregor fight would have a huge mainstream intrigue and could be an interesting fight.
