McGregor Vs Cerrone furious fight event of UFC 246 is scheduled for Sunday, 18th January 18 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Everyone was a little bit on the edge when Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone came face to face during the pre-match press conference, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise for everyone.
McGregor was uncharacteristically calm and composed during the media talk and there was no trash talk or abusive rants. Both fighters treated each other with respect and even complimented each other’s strengths.
However, McGregor made it clear that although ‘The Cowboy’ had his respect, their fight will be a blood bath and predicted a KO victory for him, which was dismissed by Cerrone with a sarcastic chuckle.
Cerrone teased his game plan to tackle McGregor which was to have no game plan. He said that he was not going with a concrete plan as his opponent was an expert fighter and must have anticipated all his planning moves. Due to which he is aiming to surprise him on the go.
McGregor also hinted at potential fights with Jorge Masvidal and a rematch against Floyd Mayweather, saying that he was looking forward to the said bouts once he recovers from the UFC 246.
