MELBOURNE – Australia and Pakistan will go head to head at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) for their second Test on December 26.
The green shirts have started preparing for the all important Boxing Day Test. Players went through an extensive drill in departments of batting and bowling.
While talking to media on Thursday, Pakistan’s batting coach Grant Flower told that Muhammad Amir who was injured during Brisbane Test has regained fitness and will be available for Melbourne Test.
Grant Flower also declined any possibility for a change in the bowling line up. He commented on the Melbourne pitch that it is favorable for batsmen.
The Pakistan cricket team is yet to win a test match in Australia for the past 26 years. Earlier, the green shirts lost their first test match against Australia by a close margin of 39 runs, which has boosted their confidence a lot.
Currently, Australia leads the series with 1-0.
