55th National Table Tennis Championship 2018: WAPDA Wins Both Team Titles
LAHORE: The team event concluded with Pakistan WAPDA winning both the Men’s and Women’s Team event titles. WAPDA team beat Pakistan Army and Chromatex Chemicals Men’s and Women’s teams respectively.
While the team events finished, simultaneously the Individual events commenced.

Men’s Team Event Final
- Rameez Khan (Wpd) beat Salman Virk (Army) (3-0) 11-7, 11-5, 12-10
- Asim Qureshi (Wpd) beat M. Afzal (Army) (3-0) 11-7, 11-5, 11-6
- Bilal Yasin (Wpd) beat Faizan Zahoor (Army) (3-0) 11-7, 11-9, 11-9
- Women’s Team Event Final
- Shabnam Bilal (Wpd) beat Nosheen Waseem (Chromatex) (3-0) 12-10, 11-1, 11-6
- Fatima Khan (Chromatex) beat Aisha Sharjeel (Wpd) (3-1) 14-12, 6-11, 8-11, 7-11

55th Pakistan National Table Tennis Championship ’18: Day 1 Team Matches
Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti Provincial minister of sports & Youth affairs was the chief quest distributed prizes to the winners of the team final match alongwith Mr. Saqlain, Deputy President PTTF.
