On Day 4 of the National Tray Hockey Championships at National Hockey Stadium, Lahore three matches were played.
In the first match, Sindh without any competition beat Gilgit-Baltistan 9-1. The main scorers were Arslan Haider with four goals while Hammad Ayyaz scored two.
The second match was also moreover one sided. in which Punjab with 5-1 score beat Baluchistan. Zain Ijaz with four goals was the spearhead in Punjab win. Asfand (Sr) was the only goal scorer from Baluchistan.
In the third and last match, Kyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) held a draw 2-2 after a thrilling contest. Mohammad Umer Shafqat & Sufiyan were the goal scorer from HEC while KP’s Usman & Roman Taimor scored a goal each for their team.

Two matches would be played.
Match 1 – 12 noon between Balochistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Match 2 – Between Sindh and Higher Education Commission at 2 o’clock.
All these matches will be played on National Hockey Stadium Patch No. 2.
