LPC LAHORE: Saturday was a penalty shoot out day. And the end result was the Black Horse Paints setting a final clash against Allied Bank in the Samba Bank Lahore Open Polo Championship 2017, at the Lahore Polo Club ground.
After the league round matches, points of Black Horse Paints, Army and Newage had equal points, thus penalty shootouts were conducted among these teams and after a tough contested, Black Horse team emerged as winners and qualified for the main final. Out of 24 shoots, Black Horse successfully converted 20 where Hissam Ali Hyder and Sufi M Amir netted all the six while Abu Siddique pumped in 5 and Sufi M Haris 3.

Army team could finished second with 17 shoots and booked berth in the subsidiary final where they will take on Habib Metro Lions/Master Paints today (Sunday) at 2:00 pm while the main final will be contested between Black Horse and Allied Bank at 3:00 pm.
