The organizers of 2020 Sport Industry Awards have unveiled the official shortlisted Nominees in a number of categories highlighting a number of popular sports events and the creative talent behind them.
The official nominees shortlist includes representation of a wide array of sporting events both in terms of sport type and geographical location ranging from netball to cricket to Tennis.
The list includes well-established sports events management and promotional agencies as well as a number of newcomers who made their marks on the sports landscape with quirky and innovative marketing campaigns.
Diversity has been a big theme this year and therefore a number of brand-new sports properties have made their debuts on the official shortlist. They include W Series, SailGP, Rugby X and Extreme E among others.
The much-awaited Sport Industry Awards 2020 ceremony will take place on Thursday 30th April 2020 at Evolution London with majority tickets already sold out within hours of the official announcement.
The nominee announcement created quite a buzz on social media with industry leaders and companies basking in the exposure awarded by the shortlisting for the coveted awards.
