Men’s
Unsurprisingly, Squash rankings are still dominated with Egyptians as they take 7 positions in the Top 10 players of this sport. Meanwhile, several up and downs have happened in squash since its recent tournaments.
Ali Farag won his maiden World Series Title as he moved up the table to the 2nd rank. Marwan Elshorbagy has moved to third place as he replaced Gregory Gaultier of France. This is also Gualtier’s lowest rank since 2003.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez also showed a major improvement in 14 months as he improved his rank from 16th to 14th in the Squash Rankings.
Also, Mohamed Abouelghar has left Paul Coll behind as he takes the 9th position in the table.

Women’s
The same story repeats itself in the women rankings as Egypt women also dominate in this sport among all other countries. They are included in the top three and their fourth player is placed 5th. They are followed by England who have 3 of their players in the Top 10.
It was good month for Raneem El Welily as she won the El-Gouna’s marina against Nour El Sherbini to close the points gap between the two top ranked Women of Squash.
Moreover, Joelle King of New Zealand is the only Non-Egyptian that is in the Egypt dominated Top-5 Women Squash Rankings.
Also, it was a pride moment for the seventeen year old Hania El Hammamy as the Egyptian sportswomen broke into the top 20 for the first time in her career.
