Serbia, Croatia and Italy are closer to securing a spot for the Super Final of the FINA Men’s Water Polo World League 2017 title, which will be held in Russia from June 20-25,. In the European preliminaries, the three teams won in their groups by: Serbia securing 17 points, Croatia 15 points and Italy 12 points.
Serbia has won the Water Polo World League repeatedly since 2013 and it also holds the Olympic title.
In the Intercontinental tournament – Australia, China, Japan, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, USA will be held from April 25-30 in Australia, out of which the four top teams along with Serbia, Croatia, Italy and the host country Russia, will compete for the title.
