Highlights:

- However, Taylor Fritz and Matthew Ebden showed some fight in the second set but Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares scored the points quickly and again won the set by a total of three points.

Result: Jan-Lennard Struff and Ben McLachlan defeated N. Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan by 7-6(2), 6-7(3), 7-6(3), 6-3.
Highlights:
- Both the pairs gave an exquisite performance in the first set as it eventually came to a tie-breaker as the scores were levelled at 6-6.
- However, N. Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan failed to win the set this time but they managed to defeat Jan-Lennard Struff and Ben McLachlan in the next set after a tough fight.
- The third set again came to a tie-breaker but this time Jan-Lennard Struff and Ben McLachlan sealed their victory in this set as N. Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan dropped many points throughout the set.

- However, bad luck again struck N. Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan as they faced a terrific defeat in the third set by 6-3 in the end.
- Jan-Lennard Struff and Ben McLachlan finally made it to the round of 16 of Wimbledon 2018 where now they will play against the German pair, Philipp Petzschner and Tim Putz.
Double’s: Philipp Petzschner and Tim Putz vs Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut
Result: Philipp Petzschner and Tim Putz defeated Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut by 6-4, 6-7(3), 7-6(4), 6-3.
Highlights:
- A sensational and worth-watching battle was witnessed between the two pairs throughout the match.
- Although, Philipp Petzschner and Tim Putz won the first set by two points in the end but they faced a tough fight in this set.

- However, in the next set, the German and the French pairs both gave a stunning performance as the set eventually came to a tie-breaker.

- Philipp Petzschner and Tim Putz successfully managed to won the set on the tie-break as the French pair lost some points in the end.
- However, Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut made a comeback as they won the next set on the tie-break after a resilient fight.
Two days after 3rd seeds Henri Kontinen and John Peers were knocked out of #Wimbledon, 4th seed Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert succumb to the same fate.
