Match: Karen Khachanov vs Marcos Baghdatis
Summary: A sensational fight was witnessed between Karen Khachanov and Marcos Baghdatis throughout the match. Karen Khachanov took a perfect start as he won the first set by a margin of three points. However, a tough battle was witnessed between the two of them in the second set but in the end, Karen Khachanov again sealed his victory this time in this set.

Marcos Baghdatis came in action in the third set as he easily dominated Karen Khachanov by a margin of three points. However, Karen Khachanov and Marcos Baghdatis both played well in the fourth set as it came to a tie-breaker, but again Marcos Baghdatis successfully managed to claim the victory. In the deciding set, Marcos Baghdatis lost in the end by two points.

Match: Benoit Paire vs Denis Shapovalov
Summary: It was an eye catching performance between Benoit Paire and Denis Shapovalov in all the four sets. The young Canadian player, Denis Shapovalov gave a humiliating defeat to Benoit Paire in the first set as he was not able to score a single point throughout the set. But Denis Shapovalov faced defeat in the second set as he only managed to recover a total of two points in this set.
Tough loss for Denis Shapovalov in Wimbeldon’s second round to Benoit Paire. He’ll learn from this, especially handling emotions in the tiebreak when things aren’t going his way.

However, in the third set, both the players gave their best but in the end, Benoit Paire sealed his win by scoring the last two points in a quick succession. A tough battle was again witnessed in the fourth set as it came to a tie-breaker, but again Denis Shapovalov faced defeat on the tie-break and failed to make it to the next round.

Match: Juan Martin del Potro vs Feliciano Lopez
Summary: An absolute and outstanding performance was witnessed by Juan Martin del Potro in all the three sets. Feliciano Lopez gave a tough fight to Juan Martin del Potro in the first set, but the Argentine was not a piece of cake to beat. In the end, Juan Martin del Potro scored the last two points in a quick succession and the match moved on to the second set.

Match: Jiri Vesely vs Diego Schwartzman
Summary: The Czech player, Jiri Vesely gave a terrific defeat to Diego Schwartzman in the first set as he was only able to recover a total of three points throughout the set. However, in the next set, both the players gave an absolute and dazzling performance but in the end, Jiri Vesely again claimed victory and the match moved on to the third set.

Match: Kei Nishikori vs Bernard Tomic
Summary: Both the players showed an absolute and outclass performance in all the sets. The Australian player, Bernard Tomic gave a terrible defeat to Kei Nishikori as he was not able to score more than a total of two points. However, Kei Nishikori replied to him in the next set as he dominated him this time by scoring the last three points in a quick succession.

The third set started and both the players gave their best as they were scoring quickly one after the other. After a tough fight, the set came to a tie-break and eventually Kei Nishikori won it. However, in the fourth set a resilient battle was witnessed as the score reached 5-5. But Bernard Tomic again lost this time and finally failed to make it to the next round.

Match: Ernests Gulbis vs Damir Dzumhur
Summary: Ernests Gulbis faced a humiliating defeat in the opening set of the match as he only managed to recover a total of two points throughout the set. However, Ernests Gulbis won in the next set after a tough fight as he scored the last two points in a quick succession. Ernests Gulbis continued his winning ways as he again claimed the victory over Damir Dzumhur in the third set.

However, in the fourth set, the Bosnian player, Damir Dzumhur gave Ernests Gulbis a very terrific defeat as Damir did not let him score more than a point throughout the set. In the deciding set, Damir Dzumhur was playing well at the start but suddenly, Ernests Gulbis started scoring and finally won the set in the end by a margin of three points.

Match: Kyle Edmund vs Bradley Klahn
Summary: The World No.1 British player, Kyle Edmund faced a tough fight in the first set by Bradley Klahn, but in the end, Kyle Edmund sealed his win by scoring the last two points in a quick succession. However, a sensational fight was again witnessed in the next set as it eventually came to a tie-breaker, but this time again the British won it as Bradley Klahn dropped some points on his serve.

In the third set, the American, bradley Klahn showed some efforts in the start but Kyle Edmund quickly scored the points one after the other and finally won the third set too by a margin of four points.
