Summary: Sofia Kenin struggled hard throughout the match and although she was at her best in the first set. However her worst performance emerged in the 2nd set as she lost to Vitali Diatchenko who advanced in the next round of Wimbledon 2018.

Summary: Elise Mertens won seven games in a row to defeat Sachia Vickery who appeared to be out of touch. In the first set, Elise breezed past Vickery but some retaliation was seen in the 2nd set, however it was not enough to defeat Elise Mertens who qualified for next round of Wimbledon 2018.
