Japan went home with a dignity.
They’re just brilliant. The passing, movements, counter attacks. Brilliant.
But it’s football. Bloody hell!

Comeback of the World Cup? I think so! A lot of character on display by both Belgium and Japan. Martinez got his subs right to stop a rampaging Japanese side. Belgium look vulnerable at the back, given that they play Brazil next. – Berry #BELJPN #WorldCup

Tough loss for Japan. Worked hard but talent won the day. Martinez brought in Fellaini and Chadli; both subs came on to score. Belgium won from not just a losing position but, the chasm was two goals deep and they managed to nick it at the death. 3-2 to the Red Devils.
