Fan Zhendong retained the position at the top with Xu Xin placed at the 2nd position in the Men’s Singles table tennis rankings. Meanwhile, Lin Gaoyuan upgraded to the 3rd position.
Some of the other upgrades in this category were of Liang Jingkun, Samsonov Vladimir and Freitas Marcos who are now placed at 16th, 20th and 24th positon respectively.
